There is no hard and fast working definition of just what is “street art”. In its essential form, it is any artistic work that is meant to be viewed or enjoyed buy members of the general public at large from a public place. This art is generally not created for commercial purposes only or for purely economic again, but rather more for the purely ascetic enjoyment of the public.
